Little old Lady: I'd like some bath sheets.
Me: No problem, which colors would you like in those?
LOL: Oh, any color would be fine.
Me: How about these?
LOL: Oh, I don't like that color.  Or that one.  Or that one either.  Do you have any in beige or white?
Me: We have these right here in white.
LOL: Oh, I don't think I like the white.

    This is why I do email customer service...Because I think I'd have to walk away from that lady.  Or at the very least, I'd be rolling my damn eyes.

    Lol!  We get a lot of LOLs here, so I'm starting to get used to it.  Mainly now I just laugh at them.  I actually do like the face to face interaction, but there was some eye rolling after she left.

    They are the worst customers where I work. They have the foulest mouths when you do not have the bags for thier 1950's vacuumn.
