I posted awhile ago about a conflict with changing our date to be able to have our ceremony in the Catholic church, on account of annulment slow-ups, vs. having the ceremony in the reception space. Well, I got great news that the annulment went through! I'm so excited that we can have the catholic wedding mass that we had been hoping and praying for. However, when I called our church to confirm that our date was still available...another wedding had been booked. Normally, they do weddings at 2 and 4 and we would've been fine to pick the other time slot. But this party decided to have their ceremony at 3. Right in the middle. No room for us to use the date at all. I pleaded that they allow us to go earlier, at like 1pm, but to no avail. But, they had the 13th open. GREAT! We would have taken it. But our reception place is booked on the 13th, and the 27th (church didn't have that date open either) and the first 2 weekends in November. After that is out of the question on account of lake effect snow season. Caterer on the other hand has the 13th open. (head to desk) So now I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my hometown church a half an hour away has availibility for our wedding as originally planned on the 20th, and that they'll let us book with only 4 months to go when they usually require a year in advance notice. My family still attends there and my Dad is highly involved and knows the priest well, so I really hope they'll make an exception for us. If not, it will feel HORRIBLE to have gone through all the stress of this annulment to get married in the Catholic church come crumbling down on my head.
SOOO stressed right now

But fiance was cute and said he didn't care where or when, so long as he ended up married to me. I love him
