My sister, mom, aunt and I went into a dress shop last week (one that my aunt refers everyone to because she's had great success with them) - had a great experience with the girls helping us, even though I didn't find what I was looking for. A few days ago I found exactly what I wanted online, and the previously mentioned dress shop carried that line. So, I called them first, to see if they had it in stock or could order the dress for me. The girl on the phone was awful, stating that there's no way I could get it in time (our wedding is in Sept.), scoffing at me for waiting so long. So that was not the news I wanted to hear. I called another store here and they were extremely helpful, letting me know it was not too late. I let my aunt know about my experience with the first store and she was irritated to say the least, and called them to see what was going on. Long story longer, I got hung up on by the first store a few times, no returned phone calls. Finally the first store calls me back and claimed they have no idea who I spoke with originally and if I would be patient they can see what they can do. I mentioned going to the other dress store because I was so frustrated with the service I had been getting and she got a little meaner but said, fine, I'll try to figure something out. It turns out they can help and I am going in for sizing tomorrow. Was I way too rude with this store? I feel like making brownies to give them during my sizing tomorrow...
