So, I signed up for a 5K at our Church in 2 weeks. I didn't hesitate because I won't be embarrassed when I end up walking most of it.
I'm in no means able to run 3 miles, but I feel like since I signed up, I'm committed so I'll start walking/jogging.
I printed the Couch to 5K program and we're starting tonight. I semi-started this weekend, but not really.
Any tips or pointers? Good stretches? Ways to get through the day of?
