Philadelphia Rehearsal Dinner Location?

Hi,
I'm helping a friend find a venue for her rehearsal dinner for around 60 guests in November. Does anyone know of a venue in Center City that will allow outside caterers? I've already looked at the Ethical Society, Chestnut Club, Society of Colonial Dames, and the Print Center.
If not, can you recommend a restaurant that would either have a private room or allow for a restaurant buyout? She's looking for something nice, a little on the higher end.
Thanks!

I rented a boathouse by the art museum. I was able to bring in my own food/drinks/etc. We made it "philly" themed since all of our guests were out of town. We brought in cheese steaks, chicken cheese steaks, hoagies, soft pretezels, tastycakes, youngling beer, etc. It was really great- we had about 50-60 people there- lots of space.   I negotiated the price- our wedding was in October and i think we booked it about this far out so they were flexible on price since it was open.

Let me know if you want info- it was the Crescent Boathouse (Boathouse #5).

Jack's Firehouse on Fairmount is awesome - the only down side is the private room is accessable by stairs only and we nixed it because my grandmother couldn't climb them.

I went to one a few weekend's ago that was at Pietro's on South Street. We had the entire upstairs (I *believe* there was an elevator), which included a decent sized deck that overlooked South Street, and the food was amazing. They did a limited bar which worked nicely and I'm sure was pretty economical.
