"Trix, it's what they/our parents wanted. Why so judgemental? And why is your wedding date over a year and a half ago? And why do you not have a groom's name? And why have you posted over 12,000 posts? And why do you always say mean things to brides?" palegirl146
Oh my god Sarah, why did you introduced me to that board?!?! The top two posts (both about BMs) are making my head hurt...way worse than we've seen around here in a while! The OPs just sound like total nightmares, I cannot believe they're considering treating their friends that way.
mbc, you think MOH and BM are knot-specific enough that this has to be MUD from a knottie? I feel like I've seen people use those before outside of here, but I can't really remember life before TK, so maybe I'm wrong. My secret confession is that sometime when I'm referring to my FI, I almost say "FI" out loud. And then I judge myself.

I can understand your point. I've seen it used elsewhere on the Web (like Yahoo Answers and some other forums).
I'm usually skeptical of a first-time poster, though. Unless someone thought up an AE knowing that she'd be flamed for such a ridiculous post.
Malphabet and Emily: I totally use knot language on facebook and in email and then I realize "These people have NO idea what I'm talking about! They probably think I am telling them to send out Sexually Transmitted Diseases 6 months before their weddings!"

I see your point, my brain just can't quite wrap around the idea of people having nothing better to do than make up drama when there's plenty to go around anyway. Speaking of which, whatever happened to rainedrop? She could have been an AE, it's hard to be wrong 100% of the time.
Yea I followed the group over to the OP's you girls crack me up. I had to make a snarky comment myself because where do these people come from. Its so studip that people actually think that their WP are their servants and should be at their beck and call from the moment they announce their engagement to the day they wed.
Can these girls understand that it is not your MOH/BM's wedding so they don't have to help you plan a flipping thing. Its the B&G wedding and they are the ones to do the planning and organizing their own d** weddings. If your WP offers to assist you with anything fantastic accept what ever they offer and be grateful and thank them for their help.

Omg, Emily, I've done the same thing. And I don't say or even think the word "fiance" anymore, I say it as "FI" (Rhymes with "eye").
DH's name is Brian, and the one night I was talking to him and I actually said "So, FI, what do you think?". He was like "What did you just call me?" ... I very lamely tried to cover with "I said 'So, Bri, what do you think?'" ... but I was busted. Oh, so very busted.

Come on, girls :P
I'm bad on the Snark board, I basically draw the line at profanity, otherwise all bets are off on what I say over there.
