Hi Everyone!
I've been reading these boards for the past few months as my fiance and I have been trying to come to a decision as to whether or not to have a Las Vegas destination wedding! I'd like to report that thanks in part to ALL the incredible information I have found on this board, we visited Vegas last December and booked our venues a few weeks ago! We are getting married on December 1, 2012 at the Wynn with a Maggianos reception. I know there are a ton of Wynn and/or Maggianos brides on here so any advice/ info you can offer would be fantastic!
Nice to meet all of you!
Re: Newbie saying hello! :)
I have no advice on either location though.
Looking back, I wish we would have booked the Wynn. Perfect location and gorgeous chapel!
I am a Wynn bride too. I am doing by my ceremony and my reception at the Wynn (We have rented out the back room and balacony of La Cave for a cocktail reception). We are also doing a double decker bus after that.
I am getting married in April, so I will be sure to post pictures and reviews for you!
I have pretty much finished up all my planning so if you have any questions that come up, don't hesitate.

Congrats and welcome! Im a Wynn bride too!! Who is your wedding consultant?
[QUOTE]We actually already booked Mike L. Mike and Courtney shot our engagment photos while we were in Vegas this past December and we had such a great experience! We can't wait for them to shoot our wedding :)

Yesss! I love Mike and Courtney! They're our photogs, too. ETA: I've totally seen your e-pics - LOVE! (I'm sorry for coming off as a creeper! I admit I stalk their blog.)
Decor: We're probably going to go with colored linens and a few other small items. The room is already nicely decorated and tables have votives (you can see a bunch on Mike L's blog), so you don't have to do much IMHO. Plus, the food is served family style, so there's going to be plates and drinks all over the tables! If I were to do centerpieces, I'd go with Pam at Palette just based on the reviews.

<div>Hi! Jalan is my wedding consultant. She's been great thus far :) I'm really happy with how quickly she gets back to emails and how helpful she's been with our "slim" decorating budget... what about you? </div>
[QUOTE]Welcome and congrats!!! I'm a Maggiano's bride, too :) Which room did you book? Looking back, I wish we would have booked the Wynn. Perfect location and gorgeous chapel!

<div>I booked all 3... we have about 80 people coming out for the wedding so I wanted to have plenty of room for everyone, plus space to dance :) </div>
