I'm a Dayton bride and generally just go to the Cinci board. I'm getting my cake from ele....amazing! If you haven't been there schedule a tasting right away!

I'm diy'ing mycenterpieces, along with the help of my florist providing the flowers.

    I am a Dayton bride.

I have only visited the Cbus board once. For my local board, I come to Cincy, but I am mostly on my month board - May 2011.

I am using Sherwood Florist for centerpieces but some of it will be DIY. My cake is from a home baker in Englewood - The Cake Movers.

Hi, I'm also a Dayton Bride!  I mostly look at the Cincy board as well.

We are getting our cake from The Cakery.  So delicious and a lot cheaper than others we looked at.

I'm using the DIY option at The Flowerman for all the bouquets and centerpieces.  I'm also DIYing a lot of the reception decor.

Hi!! I am a 'in-the middle bride'..I live in a small town so I usually go to the Cincinnati board, but do visit the Columbus board.
We are doing a lot of DIY decor..my mother is like Martha Stewart. We may be getting our flowers from the Flower Guy in Dayton!

We are probably going to get married at the Beavercreek Golf Club and have the reception there.  I don't know if it is better to go with one of their package deals which includes some flowers and the cake or to bring in my own.  Does anyone have any advice?  Also, we want to have a late afternoon/early evening adults only wedding, and we just aren't sure how to be tactful about it.

We looked at Beavercreek too. And by the time I priced it out the packages were super expensive for the flowers they provide. And I wasn't sure I just wanted the rings around the hurricanes.

We opted to price it out and the only thing we had to add was champagne. And it all came out to be pretty affordable!

But the Cakery does awesome cakes!

We decided to do the Queen package at the Beavercreek Golf Club.  We are getting flowers from Jan Baker Arrangements.  Instead of the hurricaine globes (which look dated) we are doing bubble vases.  We are getting our cake from the Cakery, the lemon with the key lime filling is my favorite, and will be one of the tiers.

I'm in the dayton-ish area, and pretty much only check in to the Cincy board every once in awhile. I occasionally post on my month board, but mostly I post on SB. that's more for fun than wedding planning stuff.

We're getting our cake at ele, they are awesome and prices are good :)

The most DIY that I'm doing is putting the centerpieces together at the location. Here's my centerpieces
