Do you have an idea of what you want to wear in your hair on your wedding day?

A flower?

Long veil?

Short veil?

I bought a beautiful fingertip veil to wear in my hair...it goes perfectly with my dress and ties it all in together. I may take the veil out for the reception and put in a flower possibly, not sure yet though since the veil was so expensive!

I'm going for a 2 tier cathedrial length veil for the ceremony and then some sort of flower or pin for the reception.

I'm planning on a long veil, which my mom will be decorating :-) She used to decorate veils for weddings and she has been eager to decorate the veil of one of her daughters. Not really sure how long I want it to be or what I want it to look like!

I've always wanted just a flower, and I will do just a flower for the reception definitely, but I'm starting to think I might want some sort of veil for the ceremony. I keep going back & forth about it. We're not religious, our ceremony is going to be all of 10 minutes so I'm not sure that I really want to spend the money KWIM?

<div>I definitely see what you mean. But I would go with the flower. If you always wanted just the flower, and your ceremony is really only going to be like 10 minutes.. do it. It will look really beautiful.</div>

I'm not quite sure yet, I thought I wanted a bird cage veil but I haven't found one I really like. I always thought I didn't want a tradiontonal veil but now that I'm thinking about the ceremony and how if I don't wear one my dad won't be lifting it and kissing my cheeks it makes me sad... I guess it will depend on the dress I get, if I go with the one I am thinking about, I probably won't have a veil because it looked horrible with one.

I've got an elbow length veil and plan to wear a head band or some pretty clips in my hair. Been going back and forth on this recently :-)
