5/6 Accountability...

Good Morning Everyone!!!!

I had my weigh in this morning and I am down  1.6 lbs from last week!!! Yay!!! Hopefully next week I can be down 2 lbs... I also decided that I would stop drinking soda and its actually been 2 weeks today since I have had my last soda... I am surprised I managed to go this long lol...

Hope everyone has a had a great weekend!!!

Breakfast: Cheerios w/ banana slices
MS: Nature valley granola bar
L: Turkey burgers and a side salad
AS: 8 mini rice cakes
D: Going to dad's to have dinner... (not sure what he is making)

Workout:
1 hr of cardio on the treadmill...

  • Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 1 banana
    Lunch: Turkey sandwich on multigrain bread and a Kashi Peanutty Dark Chocolate bar (Picnic with FI today)
    Snack: Peach greek yogurt
    Dinner: Not sure, mom is making dinner
    Snack: Not sure yet


    Exercise: One hour walk at the reservation
