Any one use Proof of the Pudding recently?

Just curious of people's experience with Proof of the Pudding as a caterer.  They are part of my "top 2" along with Affairs to Remember, but I'm leaning towards Proof.  Thoughts?

    We just used them for a company party. Everyone was happy with the product.
