Booked our photographer last night...

Well, my fiance and I finally booked our photographer for our wedding last night.  We are getting married in November and have been searching far and wide for an affordable option that will give us what we want/need.

I had one photographer back out of a meeting with us and decide she wasnt going to take clients after all this year.

A few quotes from other photographers and a meeting or 2.

Last night though, we met with George Street Photography.  We worked with Sarah out of the Orland Park office.  What a nice experience it was.  She was super nice and walked us through everythign and sorta tried to get a guage as to what kind of couple we were and what we were looking for.

In the end we got 10 hrs of photography, an album, full rights to our pics after 6 months (which I wasnt thrilled about but whatever), an engagement session, a on site studio for posed pics at the reception (we opted to do this for only an hour...our choice) and a few other freebies, all for $1200.

We then got to choose our photographer...she showed us slideshows of 5 differnent photogs and in the end we chose Luke.   We actually both got a little choked up when looking at the slideshows, it was a nice moment for us.

Has anyone else booked with George St and went with Luke?  What was your experience?
