So I was all excited because I got a free code for writing reviews on my vendors. The code was for an 8x10 canvas print. They are trying to charge me 18 dollars for shipping! Am I nuts for thinking that is outrageous?! I wish I had known that before designing it, but I didn't think shipping would be almost 20 bucks! I haven't bought it yet and I don't think I am going to.

Oh and if I was to do the 18 dollar option it would take 10-12 days!! I would have to pay 26 to get it in 4-6 days and 87 for 1-2 days!

I'm not surprised at the cost of the shipping for art work, but I do think it's crappy to have to pay shipping if it was supposed to be free. I guess, overall, $18 is pretty cheap for a nice canvas print, so if you really liked it, it might be worth it.

Don't look a gift-horse in the mouth?

$18 sounds a little high for 10-12 day shipping. However,it will probably take a few days for your print to be created, and I imagine they want to package it really well so it's not damaged, so there will be some costs associated with that as well.

But still -- $18 for an 8x10 canvas print is a steal. If you don't want to pay $18, then don't buy it.

After looking at a few other websites I see that an 8 by 10 canvas is around 30 dollars. I am done complaining now! LOL I think I am going to buy it for my inlaws for part of their xmas gift. They will really like that.

Glad you see the light. Art work is not easy to send. Even though it's 8x10, packing it will make it larger. Larger items, (even cheap ones) cost more money to ship.
