DIY

We should make this a sticky. Good idea FTL. Here's my first DIY!

Here's fiance's:

Excuse the last one I haven't wrapped yet. The colors aren't exact in the picture, the purple eye's of the feathers are more intense in person. I so love them and so happy they turned out how I envisioned. Some people on the DIY board didn't like that I left the "fluff" at the top of the peacock feathers but I think that's just a preferance and I liked them so I left it that way.

Everyone else should post their DIY's here too!

Wow you did a lot of DIY! I love love love the wine bottle labels they are so chic. We are going to brew our own wine and make the label so I can't wait to do that project.

I should do the hangers next since I hear they are pretty frusterating but totally worth it. I want to get the hard stuff done early!

Oh I thought the hangers were super easy!

I had my wine bottle labels made on VP.. If you order them page at a time every time you get an email you can get them all free + shipping.. unfortunately their shipping is annoying and pricey so it may be better to just buy them all at once.

I created them for my best friend's wedding and I jut bought sheets of sticky paper and created the labels in power point and printed and cut them out. It was super easy and it was really cool because I did a bunch of different pictures of them on the labels. My favorite was one of them crossing the fine all muddy at warrior dash and the "finish line" banner was right above them. It was very fitting for the wedding.

I'm glas to hear someone thought they were easy! Most girls on the DIY board struggle with making the letters look smooth and not "scribble" looking. I think I am going to make those and a champagne glass with their initials etched on them for their BM gifts. And put it all in a VP tote with their name and a mini champagne bottle.

I love it! I wish I had that skill! I'm the worst with computers.. I would fail miserably if I had tried that. haha..

Very cute BM gift. I love the VP totes! We bought those for OOT guest :)
Yeah... Idk.. I'm really bad with computers and really good with my hands, so you'll have to update us on how you handled them. I just got the wire tool to help.. I think the girls that struggled tried doing them completely by hand.
