Did you get an english bulldog pup?!

Re: **Lyndauvsi**

  • We are.   He is only 4 weeks old, so we will not get him for anther few weeks.

Oooh my goodness! That's so exciting! We have a 4 year old english bulldog and she is seriously the best dog ever! We've both had dogs before that we adored, but there's just something about our "fatty". They're just so sweet and lazy, yet playful and they have hilarious personalities. You're going to love your new dog! Can't wait to hear updates! :)
  • We can't wait to get him.  Dh named him Chef-D.

I've had dogs before, but never an english bulldog.   I've never had a puppy either.  The other dogs were older when I got them.      It's going to be a real learning experience.  Especially since we live in a high-rise.  Housetraing should be interesting.

  • Aww! I thought he looked too young in the pic to be away from his mom.  Oscar (our bully) is 2.5 now and is awesome (my first dog ever).  Bullies obviously have health issues, but they're great dogs and have some goofy quirks.  They're so fun!  Oscar is the best snugglier ever. I totally agree w/pp on their personalities Please keep us posted on how things go! and post LOTS of pics! That's super exciting!

Is your apt carpeted?  We did the bell on the door training for Osc and it works well; although we're just on the second flr of our apt.
  • Here are the week 4 pics

  • ohmygod!  Tooooo cute.

We have two english bulldogs in our apartment building.  They came from the same litter but have two different owners.  Both are super cute but have wildly different owners and personalities.

We also have about thirty dogs in this building - the elevator ride seems to be the biggest challenge for the dogs!  They're just SO EXCITED to go outside.  :-)
  • Oh my, he's adorable!
