we finally found a house we liked!
the home inspection went worse than we expected...the house is livable, structurally sound and all the electrical adn plumbing are fine. the exterior is where the problems are...its a wood house and its in bad shape. the boards have warped in some areas and are peeling in others. my fiance is really concerned with it because its costly to replace. i'm still saying yes to the house in hopes that we can seal the siding this season and save enough money over the next year to replace the siding.
