Newly Engaged-Help With Venues, please :)

Hi guys! This is my first post. I have been engaged for a few weeks now and have already had so much fun looking at all of the websites and books. We are planning a wedding for the SW FL area. As North as Ft Myers. Do you ladies have any suggestions on venues. I am open to indoor/outdoor. Don't want to get married ON the beach but the view is lovely. The same venues keep popping up when I search and I am sure I am missing a few special ones. Any help would be appreciated.

    Mine is going to be at the Clearwater Recreation Center. It has a big reception room and over looks the inner coastal. I didn't want the sandy beach either but this place is perfect.

    Congratulations! A few venues with water view but options not to get married directly on the beach:

    Naples Ritz Beach House
    South Seas Plantation Captiva
    Sundial Sanibel
    Burroughs Home Fort Myers
    Edison and Ford Estates Fort Myers
    Royal Palm Yacht Club Fort Myers (Nextdoor to Edison and Ford Estates)
    Resort at Marina Village Cape Coral
    Sanibel Harbor Resort (have been to a great ceremony at their pool area which overlooks the water)

    Thanks ladies! Will defintely take a look at all of the venues mentioned above. I do think we will stick to Naples/Ft Myers area!
