Photojournalist-style Wedding Photographers? Or even cheap photogs.

Hi, y'all.

I'm currently sifting through photographers' sites and coming up with nothing. Some are amazing but beyond my budget (Dark Roux). Some are too posed for my taste.

Have any of you had a great experience with a photographer who uses a more photojournalistic approach? Or jsut a great experience with an inexpensive photographer?

    We used Lauren Carroll for our enagement pictures and she was great plus very budget friendly. I seen some of her albums of weddings she took and her pictures are amazing!!

    I love Gabrielle Chapin with G. Chapin Photography.  She was the second shooter on my wedding and is pretty reasonable.  She also took some great shots.

    We're using Steve with Shoot 2 Studios for our March wedding. Very reasonable price for day of and several "add on" options instead of a set package

    We are using Kristin with krisliz photography. We've only taken engagements, but she's been great. We wanted our pictures in Baton Rouge and she drove up twice to finish our shoot because it started raining when we were taking our pictures. I Don't have all of the pictures yet, but everyone loves what they've seen so far! She's also really affordable!

    You can try Knighlife Photography. My best friend used this company for her engagement photos and they turned out really cool! She says that the photographer is reasonable I am definitely considering using him for my wedding in January!
