Monday Accountability

Alright, here is the first accountability post.

I ate like crap today and now that I have to post what I ate I feel bad about it...guess this works then huh? Haha

B: bagel with light cream cheese, small raspberry muffin and a medium coffee
L: 6 inch veggie sub from subway with provolone cheese and mustard Ms. Vickies salt and vinegar chips and an ice tea
D: vegetarian burrito with guacamole

  • Ugh, so did I, even though I vowed this weekend I was going to be good.

    B: Carnation Instant Breakfast Drink
    L: One small chicken cutlet, breaded, and tortellini salad with veggies.
    Snack: small cup of melon, and 100 claorie pack of cookies
    D: Very small portion of spaghetti with red sauce and half a sausage

    And I just ate a chocolate chip cookie. Ughhh.....I am leaving for the Bahamas in 21 days!!!!! I want to lose like 10 lbs so bad, but I can't stop eating crap!!!!!

  • I saw this posting and I instantly said "crap" in my head. Lol. Not a very healthy day

    B: Small bowl of Cheerios and a medium iced coffee out of the carton Haha.
    L: Half of a colby jack and turkey 6" sub and a sliver of Rocky Rococo leftover Super Slice Pep Motherlode (it had a stuffed cheese crust)
    Snack: 15 Kashi Multi Grain Crackers and half a 20 oz of soda
    D: Was going to make crunchwraps, but I think I'm having strawberries and a salad now and the FI can eat that! Lol.

    Really bad diet today, but I'm probably making poor choices since I'm not used to being up at 5:30 hence the soda in the afternoon. I'm also really trying to focus on not eating when the FI is hungry and listen to my body for when I'm hungry, but it's hard. I can eat one big meal a day and graze the rest of the day.

    Here's to tomorrow looking better (I hope!)
  • Looks like I'm not the only one who isn't doing to great.

    B: Frosted flakes and hot tea

    L: Leftover meaty marinara pasta from pizza hut (last nights dinner)

    I haven't eaten dinner yet but snack wise I've had menchie's ice cream with all kinds of unhealthy delicious stuff on it and like 3 cans of vanilla coke.

    B- OJ and I didn't eat anything Because I was so busy at work. L - A cheeseburger with BBQ sauce and onion rings on top (oops) and a big grape powerade zero D - whole wheat smart taste penne with low fat alfreo and zucchini, summer squash, and red peppers and water. S - Italian ice and an iced coffee ETA: diet starts tomorrow haha. And Katie I love vanilla coke!

    B- black coffee. I never eat breakfast.
    L- Wegmans Southwest Turkey Salad
    D- had two lean cuisines in the last two hours; chicken and whole wheat pasta peanut suace thinger and a cheese pizza
    Total- 1010 calories

    E- swam 700 meters this morning (-135 calories)

    I struggled to not be horrible today. I went out lunch with coworkers who all got subs and cookies. Then about an hour ago FI and I were in Walmart and I carried a box of motz sticks around the whole time, then throw them down just as we were about to check out. Then he went to Wendy's and offered to buy me something and I refused. I'm pretty proud of myself. I still am fighting the urge to go crazy. I may still eat a Luna bar. We'll see.

  • B: whole wheat bagel thin with baby bell cream cheese and oj with no sugar added L: an apple D: healthy choice steak and potatoes with BBQ sauce Oh and I just had a Hershey kiss. FYI I don't usually eat so little but I'm still not feeling great so I haven't been eating much. The good thing about being sick is I've lost 4 pounds! No exercise yet since I still can't breath.

  • If I ate the crap you girls eat I'd probably lose 10 lbs.  You guys are doing great!

    B: Coffee and a protein shake
    L: 1/2 a turkey, gouda, bacon let, tom sandwich (brought other half home to FI because I felt guilty for going out to luch with the girls on his day off) pasta salad and a giant peanut butter cookie because I was hungry from only eating half a sandwich!
    D:  2 foot long hot dogs with all the fixins, gave my newfie a tiny bite, a bag of chips, some raspberry m&m's
    2nd D: Now I think I am going to have a salad since I really had no vegies today.  or I may have another hot dog and a beer.

  •  I totally ate like crap. And I wasn't even thinking about posting it.
    B: Half a cup of coffee with sugar and light milk. A McSkillet burrito from McFatties
    L: About 20 wasabi almonds
    S: 2 mini apple cinnamon doughnuts , a string cheese
    D: About 10 ritz and some chicken salad with pecans, apples, grapes, dried cranberries in it, light mayo.

    I tend to not eat after 7, but I have had such a crappy day that I threw that out the window, I'm now having a soda. I haven't had soda in weeks. UGH!!!

  • Yesterday good on eating but I didnt do insnaity and gain those extra calories to eat so it was tough to stay under my net calories.

    B: Whole wheat english muffin with spray butter and1/2 cup greek yogurt with a little bit of honey

    S1: 100 Calorie Pop Tart Crips

    L: half a wheat sandwich with cheese and ham and veggie straw chips

    S2:Crackers and Cheese

    D: 1 cup Seven Cheese tortellini

  • I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I was telling FI last night that I would feel like crap when I typed this out today.

    B: A package of Cookies and Cream Poptarts and a Mt. Dew.
    L: A ham and cheese sandwich, a pack of Welch's fruit snacks, and a bottle of water.
    S: A piece of cheese and a soda.
    D: Was supposed to be chicken fajitas. Turned into two chicken tacos, a small scoop of mexican rice, a bottle of water, and half a Mt. Dew.

    Today, we're doing much better according to myfitnesspal.
