Found another florist to get a price from. Her quote was AMAZING. It was so detailed and explained EVERYTHING.
What flowers she'd suggest. What they looked like. What colors they are available in. How many blooms generally come per stem. How many stems come per bunch. What she would charge me per bunch.
I know this sounds like unnecessary info to some, but since we are doing n ecclectic mix of old vases, bottles, jars, tins, etc, we are buying bulk flowers and arranging them ourselves. So this info is SUPER helpful... and none of it was provided by the other florist we spoke to.
She was so sweet to talk to, and came in almost $250 under our budget., I added extra stems of my favorites, and added all the flowers for the ceremony decor, and still came in $140 under budget.
Signed her yesterday.
Mailing her the full payment today (since it's such a small amount, we thought 'lets just pay it in full, give ourselves that check mark, and have one less 'payment' to keep track of later!"
So excited to have a contract paid off. Our first!
