Eloping...really small wedding...

My fiance and I are thinking about eloping and want to have our parents and siblings in attendance.  There are wedding sight and help for larger weddings and for 2-person elopements, but not for small wedding/larger elopments.

I would love to have our ceremony in a place near a lake or the mountains and a dinner for everyone directly after in a private room near or at the ceremony site.  I've attached a picture of the wedding that looks like exactly what I want, but it's at someone's home. 

Any ideas on how I can recreate this?

    A friend of FI and I, had a small wedding (like 25 or so guests) at Timberline Lodge during Memorial Day weekend last year.  He and his wife loved it.  Here's their site:

    Cave B Inn is pretty rustic and can cater to very small weddings.  There are a ton of venues in Leavenworth as well...

    any restaurant with a smaller private room will work. waterfront grill, palasades... since it's so small...don't mention that it's for your wedding..just say you need it for a family party. weddings people gouge you everywhere.

    I had a small wedding at Semiahmoo resort about 5 years ago. We had the cermony outside over looking the water. We had 10 guests and had dinner in the resturant in the private dining room right after. It was really nice and low key. Almost everyone stayed at the resort.  We had a larger party reception 2 days later at my IL back yard.
