Hope everyone had a good weekend. Like most, mine was all too short.

What did you accomplish this weekend? I know there was a lot of bridesmaid dress activity! What's on tap for this week?

Way too short! My future in-laws came to town on Sat for my birthday and then my mom came on Sunday. So most of our weekend consisted of family time. I did manage to get some work done on our wedding website though!

This week is going to be kinda crazy! Today is my actual birthday and my dad's is on Friday. So I'll be getting together with friends and family throughout the week. Plus our tasting with the caterer is on Thursday!!

I'm hoping to get our STDs ready to be sent out too. We'll see if that happens though lol

Went shopping with three bridesmaids. They picked their dresses (yay) and then when I got home I had an email from my OOT bridesmaid that she picked a dress too! They all picked different Bill Levkoff navy dresses, and it's going to look great to see them all together!

FI and I moved last weekend but we had a lot of work left to do. We finished setting up the office and we're now 90% done with the living room. We still need an ottoman (it's picked out we just have to get it) and we're going to get a comfy chair, but then we're done! It's so nice to see the light at the end of the tunnel!

FILs got us a few housewarming gifts... Keurig included! I'm loving it so far :-)

Stupid Monday. We didn't get much accomplished, but I kinda-sorta forced FI to ask his last groomsman to be a groomsman. That means we can finally set-up the order for the guys at Men's Warehouse. FI said we can go on Saturday when I get home from bridesmaids dress shopping with 2 of my girls. Unfortunately our plans for that will have to change the bridal salon I got my dress from is having a trunk show on Sat and they aren't taking appointments for bridesmaids dresses. I'm not sure where we are going to go or if we have to reschedule.

I want to start working on getting the invites inserts set up so we can print them ourselves and just order the pockets and envelopes. FI said he would play with the formatting so I don't punch the computer. I normally have a lot of patience for stuff like that but for some reason when it comes to the wedding I have none.

Otherwise it was a fairly relaxed weekend, but I feel like I need another one. There doesn't seem to be enough coffee in the world today.

This weekend was 0 wedding planning, but it was a lot of fun! However, I'm exhausted today. I cannot wake up and feel like talking to people today is not on the agenda. Please kick in coffee!

Friday and Saturday I hybernated and tried to nurse myself back to good health. Boring but needed.

Sunday we went to see the new OZ movie. Man, it was reallllly good! I saw it in 3D and the extra price was definitely worth it. You must see this movie.

Zero wedding stuff here this weekend, too. Just too much 'real-world' stuff going on right now with Megan starting this new job - she has out of town trainings this week and next - so, I guess I will have a fair amount of time for getting caught up!

I took a break from wedding planning as well! I started and finished a book which was GREAT! I love getting lost in books. FI and I went to see a Beethoven concert which was really great. Bought the tickets through Groupon and had really great seats! O we also went to FMIL's house on Saturday and just hung out. Over all a fun weekend

We bought our wedding bands and finished constructing our ceremony! And then we went to see the Game of Thrones exhibit here in Toronto. It was AMAZING!

We didn't really do any wedding stuff this weekend either! Our wedding is so small that there isn't really much left to do until the last minute. I still need to find a Hair/Makup person but other than that, i'm golden! We had a pretty relaxing weekend.

I am exhausted from this weekend!!! I went to PF Chang's for FMIL's bday and it was a lot of fun. FI's cousin's wife and his aunt was there so we had a few drinks and enjoyed the night! I worked a ton this weekend and it was very busy. For some reason, I couldn't sleep much so I went to bed at 5:30 am Sat night/Sun morning and 3 am last night... I am dragging today! I decided to take a day off of work this week, so I am taking off on Thursday and hopefully meeting with the wedding planner! This week I plan on getting tables and chairs sorted out and start planning again. I saw a cute dress at the mall for a rehearsal dinner dress, so if I can get the energy to go later, I might go try it on!

I'm late to post on Monday's post, but yesterday (Monday) we met with our venue and finalized our menu! Yay!

I really have to watch them, though. Their prices went up in 2013, and so far they have been really good about honoring the prices they gave us (we booked in 2012). For example, the ballroom went up $450 in price. Yikes! And they added a 15% setup fee which they didn't have before.
