How did you and FI meet?
Valentinos. Its this really beautiful night club in south st paul filled with lots of icky people, so I never usually go. Got talked into it by some girlfriends. Most of the guys that frequent there are kinda pushy/grabby/handsy, so I was doing my best to stay off the dance floor. They have lots of loungy areas. Jeff came up and started talking, we were both a little tispy.. talked for probably two or three hours.He asked for my number at the end of the night but I never thought he would call, he was just too dang cute. But he did, the next day, and we had dinner. We haven't spent too many days apart since.

What's your favorite musical artist?
Ick, I don't know. I'm so nerdy when it comes to music, honestly. Top selections are like Five for Fighting/The Fray/Goo Goo Dolls/Lifehouse.

What do you like on your pizzza?
MUSHROOMS! And lots of them.

How big has your guest list gotten?
Haha, lets not think about this right now. Around 500.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right where I am.

I love MN, I love my family. I'll never move away. But I would like to see the world, but thats what vacations are for.

Favorite childhood memory?
This is a tough one, theres so many. I had a wonderful childhood. For Christmas eve every year, my entire "immediate" family, about 25 people, gets together and exchanges gifts with everyone. Like, you have about a bazillion presents to open and so does everyone else and its just like crazy chaos fun. When I was about 10, my mom gave me some money to Christmas shop for the first time, and I had such a blast making my list and trying to find and make presents for everyone, and it felt so awesome and wonderful to give my presents for the first time and see how happy everyone was. Of course, they probably over-exaggerated their excitement because of my age, but I felt really good.

How did you and FI meet?

Mutual friends' party in college (Boulder, CO). We made out that night.

What's your favorite musical artist?\

Too many, but at the moment I have a girl crush on Brandi Carlile because she is so freaking talented. FI and I just saw her and Amos Lee at the State Fair!

What do you like on your pizzza?

Goat cheese, chicken, bacon and tomatoes!

How big has your guest list gotten?

344 people. Yep. We're expecting ~210-250 to come because we have a lot of out-of-towners.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Colorado (again) or Northern California. I also love Spain, France and Thailand, but I wouldn't want to live there.

Favorite childhood memory?

Being up at the lake, skiing, lounging and swimming with cousins.

What venders have you booked so far?
Wedding planner, church, and reception venue. Everything else is still up in the air. I think we are doing flowers next, but I'm not really sure.

How long have you and FI been together?
Year and a half? Haha, and we've almost been engaged for almost eleven months. It was quick, but I've never been so sure of anything in my life.

What color are the BM dresses going to be?
Deep red. Not dark, just a very rich, pretty red.

Are you really going to invite 500 people? That's so many!
I KNOW. But my parents are hosting, we have a gigantic family, my brother, sister and I all went to a very small school where you know EVERYONE, and my parents were always really involved. I expect the actual guest count will be more like 400, but I really don't know..

What's your favorite book?
Okay, another chance for me to be really geeky. I love the Harry Potter books, they came out when I was perfect age to start reading.. and it just gets you hooked.

Plans for this weekend?
STATE FAIR STATE FAIR STATE FAIR STATE FAIR!!! If you can't tell, I'm beyond excited.

I know!! But I'm the first girl, and my mom and I are really close, so I would feel bad telling her to relax a bit on the numbers.. she's just as excited as I am. I'm lucky in so many ways, I can't really complain if she wants to invite all her friends or her cousins we only see once a year.. it will be wonderful either way. Thanks for the good wishes.

How many Pets do you have?
One crazy insane wild dog. Hes a mutt, so I dont even know what he could be catorgized as. Hes like 37 pounds, short hair, black&tan coloring..
Names ?
Lex. As in Lex Luthor. FI obviously picked this one. It suits him, hes like the devil.

Childs? If so, How many. If not, How many do you and FI want?
Nooooo, not yet. Although my other brother just had his third, and when my FI held her for the first time at the hospital.. he was like "aww, I want one of these." I punched him. We will probably wait around four years or so, but then I want to have at least three. FI says more, but I am deathly afraid of childbirth as I have zero pain tolerance, but we'll see..

Favorite Kids names?
I just picked out my brother's little girl's name -- Sienna Rose! I already know our first boy will be Wesley William (wesley- my dad's middle name, william- FI's middle name). I like tradtional boys names.

Favorite Movie?
Love Actually, About A Boy, Two Weeks Notice, Notting Hill.. pretty much anything with Hugh Grant. Except Did You Hear About the Morganns, which was just horrible.

Favorite Vacation spot?
Chinatown, San Fransico. My grandparents lived there (not in Chinatown, hah), so thats pretty much the only place we would go two-three times a year to visit. Chinatown amazed me.

I went to art school in Italy when I was 16, and thats def high on the list too.

Strawberry nutella crepe. MMMM. I love nutella.

Who is your role model?
My parents, hands down. They are the best people I've ever met.

What is your dream job?
I'm in school to be an RN, and eventually would like to be a NP. My mom and I have always talked about starting a non-profit for medically disadvantaged children, which we actually got up and running these past couple of months! We are teamed up with a local candy company, and just got our first huge donation yesterday! Its so amazing that this is really happening.

What would your dream house look like?
Oh, I have no idea. Lots of space. Someplace close to the cities but on a bit of land. House is probably a ways off for us right now, and I'm pretty happy in my little town-home thing.
