  while stopping there on a cruise, we went to the dolphin encounter at the Atlantis resort. Other than that we didn't really see the city lol

  oh and if you love water slides, go to atlantis, if not- i would skip it.  i was super overwhelmed by how big it was and it was pretty pricey.  other than that there isnt much to do off the resort, the bahamas are super poor and kinda sketchy off the resorts.

  I went to Nassau as part of a cruise, and I enjoyed walking around, shopping and drinking at Senor Frogs. It's really quite touristy and while it can be sketchy, I had fun anyways! The area where Atlantis is is quite beautiful and the beach there is awesome! I would definitely spend a lot of time there relaxing.
