Sounds yummmyyyy.. I am starting Monday with a workout plan and some different healthy foods. I have always been a healthy eater some what. This is great to see motivation from others and encourgment!

E: Mostly lower body today since my arms are still a little sore from working out a couple days ago, will do some elliptical too.
