D: Tacos... I am start my cinco de mayo celebration early since I have to work tomorrow night... Laughing

Workout: Going for walk/jog in the park before it starts to get hot...

  • Sounds yummmyyyy.. I am starting Monday with a workout plan and some different healthy foods. I have always been a healthy eater some what. This is great to see motivation from others and encourgment!

  • So sore from my workouts this week, but its not rest day yet! B: 2 multigrain waffles straight up L: vegetable lasagna, strawberries D: chicken enchiladas S: i'll think of something E: gym for 2 hours, at least 30 minutes on elliptical, the rest working on upper body

  • I ordered 5 of the Jillian Michaels workout DVDs, I got trade in credit from Amazon so that brought my total down to $10. Can't beat that! They totally kick your butt and I always wanna do new things since I get bored easily.

    B: 2 Scrambled Eggs & 2 slices of multigrain toast
    L: leftover sweet potato & roasted cauliflower soup
    AS: String cheese
    D: TBD

    E: Mostly lower body today since my arms are still a little sore from working out a couple days ago, will do some elliptical too.

    Breakfast: 3/4 cup of oatmeal with a little bit of brown sugar and cinnamon
      4 strawberries

    Lunch: 1/2 portion of "The Arizona" from Musclemaker Grill (brown rice with grilled chicken, turkey bacon, chives, veggies and a light sauce)

    Snack: Kashi trail mix bar

    Dinner: TBD

    Snack: TBD

    Exercise: 45 minute walk, kettle bell swings and pushups
