  I second Andria from Infinite Events.  She is keeping me in line with my budget and has been fantastic with all my planning needs.  I her..lol  Her prices are pretty reasonable, too.  She has definitely saved me money on services by negotiating with vendors.  I highly recommend her!

  Stephanie Frazier Grimm at Couture Parties is amazing!!  She is realy invested in eerything she does and the results are incredible.
