Village Inn?

Hello -
Anyone out there have any experience with The Village Inn in Narragansett? How the service was? Places to stay, etc? Any info and/or pics would be helpful. TIA!

Hello! I provided info for the village inn as an option for my guests, however I am spreading the word that it isn't the greatest and is expensive for what you get. To be honest....it's old. They no longer "do" room blocks according to the girl Annie there. It's a 2 night minimum in the summer also. I'm offering to guests mainly because they can walk home from the reception, however I am advising them that if they are fine to drive back to stay at the affordable and clean Hampton inn! Check trip advisor for pics.

thanks for the info! I have heard similar things about the village inn not being really clean and/or not a lot for what you are paying. the hampton inn is really nice and also, the holiday inn at the big intersection with the mobil station is nice too. is your wedding at the towers? I saw you said your guests could walk back after...

Hi! They still do room blocks, but you need to pay for the rooms not booked in your block. We did not do a room block and when my mother-in-law tried to distribute the out of town guest bags they gave her a hard time. I think it's perfect for younger people who want to stay close to the Towers because it's so close, but just spread the word that people shouldn't expect a super nice place.
