Good morning all!!
I was able to start to breathe yesterday, so I walked on the treadmill lightly for about 30 minutes, just to get moving. Also did my "office exercises" as well as my fab ab feburaray--- which I'm really excited to hopefully be able to do a plank.

I'm feeling better today, so going to the gym this afternoon after work. Probably ellyptical and bike.
