Meeting with DJ - Advice?

We're meeting our first DJ this week and I'm not sure what I need to ask about.  Any advice?  We just want a good mix of music to keep it fun, not too clubby.  I guess we just want to make sure the guy seems nice and professional?  And reasonably priced of course!

I would ask how he keeps the party going?
Does he play a predetermined list of songs or does he mix it up by the group's energy (you definitely want him to read the crowd)
How often does he speak?  Do you want him to emcee the wedding?
Will he play music you provide him if he doesn't have it?
What happens if he's sick or can't make it?
Will he be DJing your wedding or does he work with a group and it might be someone else?
How much is it for overtime?  Will he play cocktail hour?
Does he charge for set up and breakdown?
What about no play and special request lists?
Can you see him do a show or can you get references?

He should ask about timelines, introductions, cake cutting, etc...

Most importantly - make sure you get along with him.
That should get you started - good luck!
