Have you asked Adobe Cafe or Mamacitas in New Braunfels if they cater? Both are pretty good IMO.

We are getting married in New Braunfels too and our Caterer is from Austin. His name is Chef Steve Southern. We are doing a mix of BBQ and Mexican for our guests. I highly recommend you try him, as his food is to die for. We were lucky enough to get to have his food at a friends wedding in Dec, and that is all the guests could talk about. He makes his own chips, salsa, and all the dishes. Plus his food looks exquisite, and does't come across as just thrown together. He used to own a restaurant on the riverwalk at one point too.

Browse through his food gallery. Soooooo yummy!

He doesn't charge a travel fee either. :)

Oh-- and another rec for you. Def check out Comal Rental in New Braunfels. I am renting plates ect... and found they were MUCH cheaper than most places. My plates were .40 cents where most were charging .65 to .75. I had them deliver and pick up for only 75 dollars extra.
