AW first DIY project underway!

I am making frames to be hung on the pews in the church instead of flowers. They will have pictures of us with family and friends throughout our lives.

Originally I was only using them at the church but I think i will be incorporating them into the centerpieces as well too (might as well get use of them!).

Anyhoo, here's what I did tonight

You can't tell but there is a pretty sheer white ribbon contouring the outside of the frame as well.

My son is going to help me paint the others so it will be a fun project for us to do together. I think I might use them for the menu card on the tables; I can place the menu behind the photo and then when they are transfered from the church, my DOC will just have to remove the picture.
