Listing RSVPs In Signature...

Can anyone tell me how to get the RSVP ticker into my signature? I have the ticker that counts down until the Wedding, but can figure out how to incorporate the RSVP counts.

Most people insert tiny pictures with the envelope and the check marks, then manually input the number sent, accepted and declined. It's not actually a ticker that keeps track for you, from what I understand
