This weekend and week have been so crazy that I feel like I'm not paying any attention to wedding stuff which makes me nervous since it's this Saturday!
The move is going smoothly, it's just A LOT to do. I was a little cranky yesterday, which I feel bad about. I'm just not used to have so many people around all the time. I'm hiding in my room right now lol. My parents and brother are staying at the apartment with me and my FFIL, FMIL, FBIL and FSIL came into town early so they've been visiting too. It's been great because our families had never met.
Today my mom and I are going to get our mani/pedi for the wedding. We are getting shellac so it's safe to get it done a few days before the wedding. Today I want to focus more on organizing the wedding stuff. My mom and I finished the escort cards last night, yay!
A couple of vents =
1. FOUR people have let us know that they will not be coming to the wedding anymore, this is after we have paid of course! A couple of my brother's friends might come to at least eat two of the meals and drink the open bar. I know these guys so even though they aren't MY friends, I won't be bothered that they are there.
2. I have no idea what song I'm walking down the aisle. I had been communicating the musician at the church we are getting married and he gave me some song choices. I emailed him back and never heard anything. Finally after 3 weeks of no response (I even sent a couple of friendly follow-up emails), I emailed the Pastor to make sure everything was okay. I wasn't mad at all, just wondering since it had been 3 weeks and the wedding was a 1.5 weeks away at that point. Anyway, I got a snippy response from the Pastor about how I'm "worked up" and that everything is fine and going as planned. That pissed me off. I DONT KNOW WHAT THE PLAN IS! Oh well, I guess I'll find out at the rehearsal on Friday. All I know is I do not want to pay the ceremony musician the $200 he is charging since he pretty much stopped communication with me.
3. I miss my FI! We knew this would happen but it feels so weird that we have seen eachother everyday but are hardly even talking to eachother because we are bother running around like crazy! I'm SO glad we had a date night on Saturday before our parents came to town and the moving chaos started!
