Anyone know anything?  I was really interested in meeting her because my caterer spoke so highly of her, but I have sent tons of emails and left several phone messages and only received ONE email reply saying she'd call.

So frustrating!!  Should I keep trying or just give up??

    Wow!  My reaction is that you just move on. 

    There are so many wedding (and related) vendors hungry for business here in the Washington, DC area that there should not be any reason for you to wait so long.  I'm sure you can find someone just as good who will reply to your initial email within one business day.  If you have any vendors with whom you're already working (venue, officiant, caterer, stationer), I'm sure they can refer you to someone they know and trust.
