You can do anything.  Usually people do lists of thigns to do/places to see, nearby restaurant recommendations, maybe a few goodies (bottled water, candy or snacks, a local treat), things like that.

Honestly, if you haven't done them yet, I wouldn't bother.  You don't need any added stress 3 days before the wedding!

Maps of the town... Ideas of something to do... Water bottles... coupons to a nice resturant... A thank you note from you and your groom just for coming from out of town... Oh and a Map to the Church and reception and then a map on how to get back

Gotta agree with Drama-- skip them, lol. Too much stress with your wedding so close unless you really have time to kill and want to do something!

I agree with the PPs- map of the area, local activities, restaurants, etc. Maybe some chocolate, tissues, an itinerary, water, a thank you note..

ya... i only have a few guests OOT who are staying in hotels. (3 at the hotel i work at and then my sister). I am not gonna do anything big... but i was just printing out a map for them to get at check-in and thought it might be a fun idea. (:

ALOT of my guests are staying with his family (and at my new apartment).... would it be rude to not include them in the OOT bags?

We did personalized water bottles, pain reliever packets, granola bars, crackers, cookies, and personalized door hangers. We didn't put any local info there because everyone at the wedding was either from CT or used to live there and knew the area.

Oooh and ditto pp's at this point you're so close you don't need the added stress of a new last minute project. If you're really set on doing them, I'd just make up a few gift bags with some water bottles, a map, and some munchies, and maybe a local product like locally made lotions or soaps or jams or candy or something and include a note welcoming them to the wedding.

Ahhh I can't believe how close you are! I'll be away on vacation on Saturday for a week, but can't wait to see pics and hear all about it when I get back! :0)

In ours we put a map of the surrounding area/stores in the mall/etc. We also put directions to the church from the hotel. We put tic tacs, Tylenol, candy and I think pretzels and coloring books and crayons for the kids. Also I made up a poem (that I thought was really cute haha) and stapled that to the front of the bags. If you want to use my cheesy little poem, let me know and I'll be happy to share it!
