Hi! I'm recently engaged and looking for reception venues. We love the English Turn on the Westbank but wanted to know what other brides thought of the venue. Also, what is their policy for children as guests? Thank you all for replies!

    There was one bride who had her wedding there in the past few months. She wrote a glowing review from what I recall. If you use the search function at the bottom of the page I'm sure it will turn up.

    My thought on the venue is that it's a pain in the butt to drive to, but otherwise lovely.  I had to rule that venue out for my own wedding because most of my guests live uptown and like to drink a lot at wedding receptions; we wanted something that would be an easy cab ride for anyone who had a bit too much.
