Low Calorie Treats?

What are your favorite low-calorie treats?

For me, nothing hits the spot better then a graham cracker with some frozen cool-whip on it.

This sounds delicious! How do you not eat the whole container of cool whip? I can't control myself, so I never buy it.
  • Kag- I take it and let it melt and then spread it between two squares of the cracker and make sandwiches with them and then wrap them in freezer paper and label them with the date and how many calories. That helps me not eat the whole thing because it's all portioned out.

Thats a really smart idea!! I might have to try that out.
  • About 120-140 calories, but when I need to satisfy that bad sweet junk crave, I love a skinny cow cone.
  • I have been on a soy nut kick lately. Another favorite is sugar free jelly and natural peanut butter on whole grain club crackers.  I love shoprite brand no sugar added fudge pops too When I have a sweet tooth.
  • Apples dipped in chocolate pudding
Special K fruit crisps- taste like poptarts
    WW fudge bars
