Good morning.....had a very rough weekend food and drink wise....yikes
B- low sugar oatmeal with skim milk, banana, coffee
S- greek yogurt if I get hungry
L- lavash wrap with grilled chicken, baby spinach, feta, cucumber sauce, baby carrots
D- ? not sure....maybe grilled chicken and veggies
E- HIIT....starting a cardio kickboxing class tomorrow that will run 3 days a week....very excited to get back into group exercise!
