Monday Accountability

Good morning.....had a very rough weekend food and drink wise....yikes
B- low sugar oatmeal with skim milk, banana, coffee
S- greek yogurt if I get hungry
L- lavash wrap with grilled chicken, baby spinach, feta, cucumber sauce, baby carrots
D- ? not sure....maybe grilled chicken and veggies

E- HIIT....starting a cardio kickboxing class tomorrow that will run 3 days a week....very excited to get back into group exercise!

    Morning-
    For some reason, the month of October is really kiling me. Vertigo, a leaking roof, now some weird dental issues. I can't wait until next Monday.

    Meh. Not only do I not feel good, it's also Monday. And I practically ran through the rain to get to work on time only to be told I can't go in my office. No office = no work.

    B - blueberry clif z-bar (don't usually eat bars for meals but my stomach's off)
    L - soup of some sort
    S - if I feel up to it, an apple

    Also had a horrible eating weekend (can't really say I regret it because everything was delicious) but it makes me feel horrible and blah.

    B - scrambled egg with 1/2 T black bean/corn salsa, LC wedge, 3 slices ham on multigrain english muffin
    L - 4 slices chicken breast on lavash wrap w/ LC wedge, lettuce, tomato slice, 1t 1/3 LF olive oil mayo and 1 oz. bbq pop chips
    S - mini apple
    D - brown sugar marinated ham w/ mashed butternut squash (1 T brummel&brown spread w/ brown sugar)
    S - possibly some Nilla wafers w/ 2 tbsp pumpkin dip I made this weekend

    E - 20 min kickboxing/20 walk shows on ExerciseTV this AM, 35 min elliptical at lunch

    I've not done so good this past week with exercise, because my stomach was giving me issues (ugh) I think I'm back to normal now though.. I had my second dress fitting on Saturday. I was thinking I was going to have to wear a spanx type garment to suck in the tummy, but I am dropping inches every week and the dress fit PERFECTLY. I am really excited!

    B- oatmeal w/ honey and berries, coffee
    S- banana
    L- pb and jelly sandwich (going old school today!) :)
    S- pineapple greek yogurt
    D- not sure, probably eggs and fruit

    E- 3 mile walk during lunch (if the rain holds off), 30 DS after work.

    S - Banana? 100 cals

    S - something to get me up to 1200 calories, I'm 180 short right now.

    Had a good weekend, being sick and all, had soup and crackers and such and rotissiere chicken on sunday when I started feeling better

    B- 10 Saltines with PB, Jelly and Nutella on some of the crackers

    L- Kashi Cinnamon Harvest Cereal with Skim Milk

    S- Prunes and an Orange

    D- Chicken and Brocolli Casserole from Cooking Light.com

    E- So tired.. but maybe 30 minutes of kickboxing and something else maybe

    S- Whole wheat crackers with laughing cow lite, edamame, yogurt
    D- Homemade low-cal eggplant parmesan, roll, broccoli
    S-  1/2 serving pumpkin ice cream

    E- 1 hour ballet barre class at the gym

    D- healthy choice meal
    S- 1/4 of a caramel apple FI got me yesterday

    E- none, I somehow hurt my ankle yesterday and it really hurts and is swollen so going to elevate it tonight since I have been on it all day. Hope it is better by tomorrow!

    New to this board... Just bought my dress Saturday and immediatly joined WW and started Jillian's 30 day shred.  I think this accountability board is great! 

    B: Whole wheat english muffin with 2 tsp. natural peanut butter
    L: Lean Cuisine, string cheese, red pepper strips with hummus
    S: Granola Bar
    D: Grilled lean steak, edamame,
    S: Sliced cucumbers

    E: Day 1, 30 day shred
