  I don't know of any gown rental services, but I do know that September's Bride Bridal Salon in Holland actually has pre-owned designer gowns that they sell at lower prices, so maybe that would be an option for your sister!

  Ebay usually has a ton of gowns but it would be hard for me to buy a gown without trying it on first.

  Back in my junior year of high school I paid her a visit in search of a dress for prom, but was unsuccessful. She had a ton of wedding dresses in stock. I'm not sure if she still rents them out, but she did a few years ago! She's the nicest lady, too.

  My good friend got the designer dress of her dreams at Top Shelf in Grand Blanc for 160 dollars.
  
  They wholesale buy out bridal salons who are going out of business and sell them for cheap.
