From the beginning of the whole dress process I was dead set against a veil. never even tried one on. Started thinking recently that I needed a veil so I went in today and but the dress on and tried one veil that I felt was the perfect length and wound up getting it!!

Couldn't resist! Definitely think it "completes" the look. The one in the pic is white but mine will be ivory.

I like it. I have been going through the same thing. I did NOT want a veil but I keep seeing pics of weddings and I am thinging that I want a veil.

Cute! I've been set on a veil for the ceremony part from the beginning. Mines a single tier chapel length one. I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money so I bought it off ebay for 23.00! I was very pleased although I would have preferred the 300 dollar one at the bridal store lol.

Looks great. I originally didn't want one but now I'm not so sure - it's the only time in my life that I'll be able to wear one! So I bit the bullet and ordered a tulle birdcage veil off Etsy. It was only $25 so if I decide not to wear on in the end than I won't be too upset about it.

I love it! I was the same way. I TOTALLY was not going to have a veil. But when I picked up my dress I tried a few on and I KNEW I had to have one.

It's the only time in your life you get to wear one right?!

I'm doing a birdcage too and am trying to pick one out. Do you know what style you are wearing? Do you know if it is going to cover your whole face or partial and what will you do with it for the reception? Sorry to bombard you with questions but I am so confused! :)

I have a veil and am wearing it all night and not just the ceremony. Way too pretty and expensive to only wear for a half hour ceremony! Love the veil look - it looks great with your dress!
