Hey peeps. I've never posted on this board before.
My wedding is in August and I'm working on getting in shape.
I live in Alaska and I always gain weight over the winter! I really want to lose what I've gained and tone it all up!
Now that it's above 0, I'm starting to run outside again!! still hurts though... or maybe I'm just a baby.
I really don't want to join a gym. I go with FI to the gym on post when i can,but I feel like I can do this without a gym!
I did crossfit last year and liked it, so I may follow those workouts again.
What's everyone doing to get in shape?
Gym or no gym?
I really need to stay motivated!!
