I would be very cautious about this website.  It appears to be one of those knock off dress sites located in China.  There is no contact infomation.  And what might seems to be a good deal now might turn into a nightmare later.
If you really have fallen in love with a certain dress but it is out of your price range, I would suggest taking a picture to a reputable local seamstress who might be able to recreate the syle for you from scratch. Or see if you can find a pre-owned style.

My extended family and family friends have often had dresses made from Vietnam, China, and Hong Kong, and the differences in quality wouldn't make most American brides like us happy.  Notice they use the designers' stock photo and not their own.

This is one example.  Last year on another pretty popular knock-off website, I asked for their version of Maggie Sottero's "la belle" and they sent me this.  I let the picture speak for itself:

Plus, what they don't tell you is that you have to pay customs, which on other boards some girls have said is around $50, and they technically accept refunds but it costs as much as the dress itself.

I agree with ppl about checking out local dress makers rather than going through a knock-off website.  I haven't personally used any of these local dress makers but check them out:
