I had Amy's tortilla bowl. Quite tasty. And filling. I've decided LC is to torture yourself with, or for a snack. You need a salad and soup and an apple to go with to make it last until dinner.

    I had part of a skinless chicken breast and brussel sprouts. Later I may have some spaghetti and meatballs. Then, apparently because I am a huge behemoth, I might have some apple sauce.

    potato/onion/celery/cheese soup, a slice of potato bread and I think I'm going to yoink a 1/2 sandwich from the brought in lunch for the board meeting.

    I had the uber-healthy lunch of leftover lemon chicken from a Chinese place, and a can of Pepsi. I can't wait to get settled in LA and have a kitchen once more, so I can actually make meals instead of going out for dinner all the time.

    Leftover baked linguini with olives, onions. mushrooms, pepporoni, and meatball.  MMMM he had lunch out with the ILs yesterday.  Dang it was good.
