Cheap hair/make-up.... maybe Ulta?

I have very little in the budget for hair/make-up, but I really want professional hair and airbrush make-up for my wedding, and a trial before hand.

I was wondering if anyone had used a salon or a place like Ulta?  I thought that might be a cheaper option, but not sure how good it would be.

I don't mind going anywhere in the woodlands/spring area, or I need someone to come to me.  I was hoping to get all I mentioned above for $200 total.

Any recs?  THANK YOU!

    I don't know about salons in your area, but i do know this company will go on-site and within your budget.

    I hired Hair By Liz, and she was <$200 for hair and make-up and she traveled to our venue. You should contact her! She did a great job on everyone's hair, and 4 of us got airbrush make-up. I loved it.

    Everyone but onsitehairdesign was out of my price range.  And onsitehairdesign doesn't have make-up prices, so I don't know.

    I need the $200 to cover a trial too, not just the day of.  This might be hard to find.

    Any more recs?

    Did you try emailing him for makeup rates? 

    Otherwise, Visible Changes usually has some good MUAH and within your budget.
