buying your wedding dress online

Has anyone heard of the website vipweddingdresses.com?  I'm thinking of ordering my dress from there, but it makes my really nervous!  Any thoughts about ordering a wedding dress online??

    hello!

    I have not heard of them but, I would check their return policy. Also, make sure you order it way in advance incase it does not work, or you need alterations.
    I have heard of ordering bridesmaids dresses online, last time someone i knew did that--it worked out great!

    I have heard of ordering online, but I am not familiar with the site you listed.  I have heard good reviews about netbride.com though!

    I haven't heard of them, but I have heard of preownedweddingdresses.com
    I would make sure to check return policy's as well. I actually bought my dress on ebay and had a great transaction with the person. She offered a 7 day return policy, but I did not need to return because it fit wonderfully :)

    ones that I have heard good reviews on are netbride, pearls place, lightinthebox.com (bm bought her dress from here when she got married). otherwise check them out with the bbb. if they dont have a good review there dont do it.

    You might want to check with the Attire board, they're definitely up to date on this stuff.

    I ordered mine online thorugh Dolly Couture:  http://www.dollycouture.com/

    I was nervous as well but they have a Facebook page with tons of brides comments, feedback and met up with a local bride who ordered one from their site and loved her dress.  The whole experience thus far has been great and their customer service is fantastic.  Plus they were cheaper and take less time than many of the local dress shops I looked at.
