So I am looking at two photographers and wanted to see if anyone had experience with them. The first is Frank Formica, hes located in Severna Park/Annapolis area. He's been doing this for a long time but was a little pricey and opinionated. The second is Melissa Manzione and I think shes in the Crofton area. Her pictures online are awesome but I am a little apprehnsive because I think shes relatively new. I've met with Frank but not net Melissa. Anyone know them?
