  I'm getting married there on Octoberr 1st.  So far eveyrrhting has been really great.  Judy, the coordinator, is awesome.  Have you gone on a tour yet?  The ballrooms are really beautiful.  We really wanted our wedding in Cambridge and they had great packages and ballrooms.  We also looked at the MIT Faculty Club but liked the Sheraton better.  You can message me if you have any other questions.

  I had my weding there on 10/10/10/  I think I posted a review on here....
  My experience with the Sheraton was mostly fantastic.  The planning process was great and the event execution was flawless. Not a thing went wrong during the reception.  There were a few other issues, and all but one of them were handled professionally and to my liking.
  
  Here are the downsides:
  
  -Judy works A LOT on weekends, so you'll get her out of office a lot during the week.  However, if you can be patient, she ALWAYS got what I needed done.  Or she asked Holly to assist.  Both were on site during the big day and both were truly amazing.
  -parking is extremely limited so if you have a lot of guests driving it, you might need to make alternative arrangements at a nearby garage.
  -their in house reservations team is not fully dedicated to room reservations, so if you have a lot of specific room requests, things can get tricky,  For example, I told them numerous times that I was going to have 2 reservatoins.  THe night before my wedding in a room with 2 beds for me and my MOH and then the wedding night in a king with my husband.  They merged my reservations and expected me to sleep in a king with my MOH and then in the same bed the next night with my husband.  They did this because they ran out of 2 double bedded rooms (but one of my bridesmaids and a friend sharing a room with her were given a 2 bedroom suite - didnt make sense to me!).  When I brought this up to Holly, she was truly apologetic, and the first thing Judy did to correct the situation was comp it. 
  - Billing is tricky.  I feel like Judy is so wrapped up in current/future brides that the past brides dont get any attention, even when they need it.  message me for more info.
