Hi Everyone,

Wondering if anyone has worked with Helene Piller from Hosanna Designs.  She is very kind and *very* reasonably prices, but she missed our initial meeting because she forgot, leaving me at Panera waiting for an hour!  An search reveals I am not the only bride to be who was forgotten at Panera! :/

Helene was worked with several friends of mine were happy with the service, but I am nervous about lack of responsiveness.  I would love to hear that other have found.

    I have having similar issues.  She was referred to me by my sister who had fantastic service, and while she was on time for our initial meeting, she's been extremely unresponsive since.  It's been 4 months or so since that meeting and we have yet to receive our contract.  I agree that her prices are outstanding, but I'm running out of patience..
