FYI - Fee Changes for New Passport with Married Last Name

Hey Ladies,
I have finally started to go through the steps to submit the various paperwork to change my last name on all pertinent documents. Well....I was surprised to see that the cost to get a new passport just went up on July 13! Before this date, it was $20 for a new passport due to a name change, now it is $110.

cripes i just got a passport (for honeymoon) and it was $100. Now when i have to update it with my new name it will cost more???
