Table linens??

I'm wondering if any brides or brides to be out there are renting their own table linens for their reception?? And if so, have any of you found a cheap place to get them from? We are not using chair covers or cloth napkins but I am just looking for solid colors to go over our tables. If anyone has any suggestions on vendors they've used or other cheap ideas I would appreciate it! :-)

We rented and use Connie Duglin linens. Our venue coordinator worked one-on-one with them, so I didn't have much interaction, but I know they had a lot to choose from and we were able to order some in to see them in person on the table and chairs. I thought they were reasonable, and they ended up costing less because we ordered them during an end of the year promotion they were having at the time we ordered.

We bought ours from Tableclothfactory.com, it was much more reasonable than renting.  However, you do have to then steam them yourself or pay to have them steamed (which would then defeat the great price).  You can get cheap and decent steamers from Target (that's what we did).

We purchased black and white demask fabric from Calico Corners in Dublin and they shipped bolts of fabric and then my mom cut squares to make overlays (we used them on top of the white linens that came with our wedding package) and used the heat bond to create a nice seam.  We even rented them out this past weekend (got some of our money back!) because someone happened to see them set up looking at our venue the day of our wedding and loved them and so they contacted us about renting them from us for their wedding.
